Event planning begins with determining the objective that the client wants to achieve. We will plan and coordinate the details from concept to the actual event. Together we will select an overall theme, budget, selecting a venue, negotiating hotel contracts, hiring outside vendors, menu planning, hiring caterer, arrange for speakers or entertainment, coordinate transportation, etc.
Event Management
Every type of event is made up of numerous parts that fit together like pieces of a puzzle. All of those pieces ultimately come together to create an event. We will coordinate and manage reserving a venue, coordinate outside vendors, develop a parking plan, oversee execution of the event, monitor the event, design emergency contingency plan, resolve event situations on site, etc.
